I ordered the machine as my wife’s godmother had it and she was always a good advocate for it. Every time we visited, the water was tasting good (as far as good water can taste like!) and was nice and chilled. As the water around Watford is really hard and in our flat it tasted horribly at times, we decided to get one too. Except for a little issue with finalising the order, no problem whatsoever. Customer care was really helpful and professional and they informed me about all the following steps and all the relative timeframes. An email with all the requirements needed in preparation for the installation was sent to me almost immediately and a message from the installer followed up. Luke, our installer, provided a time window, which he respected. He has been patient with me (I didn’t know where my stop tap was!) and once he was ready he did his job neatly and quickly while being genuinely a nice and likeable human. We cracked a few jokes with him and he left soon after leaving everything nice and clean and in working condition. Thanks again Luke!
