I have had a great experience with Virgin Pure, I was originally scheduled to have my purifier installed on the 13th or December, I called them and requested to be moved to an earlier date and they accommodated me. I have arranged with my concierge to just let the engineer in my flat and he just managed to install it perfectly where I wanted him to install it. He also did a drawing and handwritten instructions for me to read when I get home. You’re the best Matt! Thank you once again!

Luke, our installer, provided a time window, which he respected. He has been patient with me (I didn’t know where my stop tap was!) and once he was ready he did his job neatly and quickly while being genuinely a nice and likeable human.
